Project Overview

Aleppo New Factory — Rehabilitation of the Aleppo tobacco factory (Ein-Al Tal) for the Syrian Tobacco Company. Electrical work: Gen-Set 1500 KVA, Lighting, Power transformers (1000 + 1400 KVA) and insulation transformer, Main Distribution Board (MDB), Distribution and machines boards. Mechanical works include: Water & air treatment & Pumps, steam boiler, air compressor. Civil work: Building expansion to accommodate the new machines and others.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was upgrading the facility while maintaining partial operations to minimize production losses. The existing infrastructure required complete replacement while keeping critical production lines operational.

Our Solution

We implemented a carefully phased approach, dividing the facility into sections to allow continued operations while others were being upgraded. Comprehensive training programs were provided for operators on the new equipment.
