Project Overview

Bridge Power Plant Project I: A combined cycle power plant consisting of five (5) GE TM2500 gas turbines (40 MW each) with Mark VI control system. A Triveni GET_6R steam turbine (80 MW, LP & HP), CMI one-through boilers, SCADA by EMPRESARIOS AGRUPADOS with Allen-Bradley PLC. BoP systems include condensate system (3 pumps), feedwater system (4 pumps), and air-cooled condenser (ABB TA800 DCS).

The Challenge

Implementing a complex combined cycle power plant with multiple generation units required precise coordination of gas turbines, steam turbines, and heat recovery systems.

Our Solution

We assembled a team of international experts and local engineers. Our team was responsible for testing both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as operating the entire station with a dedicated scheduling engineer, quality control engineer, safety officer, and project manager.
