Project Overview

Mowasah Hospital Emergency Building: Rehabilitation with installation of all Electrical and Civil Works. Electrical work: Main Distribution Board (MDB), Lighting, Cabling, Control Board. Civil works: Building expansion to accommodate the new MDB and Control Board. Mowasah Hospital Old Building (Emergency & ICU, Radiation, Intensive Care Unit and Operation Room): Electrical work: MDB, Lighting, Cabling, Control panels. Civil work: Building expansion to accommodate the new MDB and control panels.

The Challenge

Rehabilitating an active hospital required meticulous planning to ensure zero disruption to critical medical services including Emergency, ICU, Radiation, and Operating Rooms. All work had to comply with strict healthcare codes while maintaining continuous power to life-critical equipment.

Our Solution

We implemented a carefully phased approach, working section by section to maintain hospital operations at all times. Temporary power systems were established before any switchover, and all work in critical areas was scheduled during the lowest-activity periods.
