Deir Ali CCPP-II (3-unit x 250MW) gas and steam turbine:

commissioning of the mechanical and electrical works
Execution of overhead lines (66 kv ~ 20 kv).
Low & medium voltage cables testing (For motors, pumps, etc.) for all units.
Supervision of the erection of electrical equipment such as MCC panels, switchgears, UPS, chargers, power transformers and switchyard equipment (circuit breakers, Disconnectors, CT’s, PT’s, busbars and line Towers).
Commissioning of electrical equipment as generators and its auxiliaries, MCC panels, UPS, switchgears, chargers, power transformers and switchyard equipment (circuit breakers, disconnectors, CT’s, PT’s and busbars).
Supervisor erection of DCS, PLC, field instrument & control valve
Calibration of field instruments and control valves (motorized, pneumatic and self-controlled), local controllers, and transmitters.

In April 2012,
we started the business with METKA by providing the labor force for testing and operating the electrical and mechanical works in the Deir Ali substation (400 KV) and the Deir Ali 2 generating station by supplying engineers, assistant engineers, and technicians.

Electrical work:
- Starting with the examination of the electrical supply cables for low, medium and high voltages. Testing the insulation of these cables. Testing the control cables between all POINT TO POINT panels. Testing the insulation of all motors installed in the station. Testing and operating the low voltage panels. Testing VDC 220 auxiliary systems from testing batteries, chargers, UPS auxiliary system and testing interlocking circuits between low voltage panels and the 6.3 Kv medium voltage system, testing medium voltage panels, protection circuits, and injection and testing of current circuits.

Mechanical work:
- We provided a full team of engineers and technicians to test and pressurize the mechanical circuits, clean them with chemicals, conduct steam scavenging, and perform mechanical valve maintenance across all station sections, with the necessary number of personnel for these tasks.
- We supported our engineering and technical teams with all the necessary personnel and equipment for laying, connecting, and testing cables, and we continue to maintain this equipment at our Deir Ali station project.
- We assigned an administrative team to lead the technical team and ensure progress on the implementation schedule. This included a scheduling engineer, a quality control engineer, a safety officer, a project manager, an accountant, and a time controller.
- Our team was responsible for testing the electrical and mechanical systems, as well as operating the entire station. In cases where there were shortages in the implementation process, we also extended and connected the necessary cables. This means our team executed most of the technical work on the project - an achievement accomplished for the first time in Syria. We still maintain this integrated team, capable of delivering full project execution with high accuracy.
